With the right type of thinking, you can vastly improve your concentration skills. Exercising your mind takes time and commitment but will ultimately translate to a sharper focus. To align your mind with your body and bring a heightened awareness for a much deeper concentration, go to a completely isolated room. Sit on a chair or on the floor with your spine erect. Breathe deeply and relax your body. There are many exercises you can attempt to improve your concentration, and the Ego Development blog suggests several. One such exercise requires full body awareness.
Concentrate on the Within. Lie down and thoroughly relax your muscles. Concentrate on the beating of your heart. Do not pay any attention to anything else. Think how this great organ is pumping the blood to every part of the body; try to actually picture the blood leaving the great reservoir and going in one stream right down to the toes. Picture another going down the arms to the tips of the fingers. After a little practice you can actually feel the blood passing through your system.
Once you achieve this level of concentration, you’ll have greater control of your thoughts and willpower and a true peace of mind.

Majority of the employees at work place feel strain, stress, depression, fatigues, on account of heavy work force and non- completion of the various tasks within the stipulated time scheduled for them, for various reasons beyond their control. Stress is nothing but mental, emotional or physical strain caused by anxiety or over work. Some times it may cause such symptoms as raise of blood pressure or depression which leads to un-necessary problems. Depression is one of the causes arises out of stress and strain when it gone out of control. Depression is a state of un-happiness and hopelessness. It is a psychiatric disorder showing symptoms such as persistent feeling of hopelessness, dejection, poor concentration, lack of energy, inability to sleep, and sometimes leading to suicidal tendencies. Employees rather feel sadness, un-happiness; misery, gloom, and moody while at work, leading to a situation that persists lowering of activities, quality of work, vitality and simultaneously take them to a situation to dysfunction of usual and routine tasks. Almost all the employees in a public office, or concern, or an Industry, or Factory or in an IT firm, put to untold strain at times due to various reasons while attending to their day to day functions with colleagues, Bosses, Superiors and Managers.
